PRACTICE YOGA AT HOME
The word “Yoga” means the union of body, mind and soul and to direct attention inward. Balance between body, mind and soul is best achieved by internalizing your yoga practice with the attention directed towards yourself and how it feels, at your own pace. We are all unique and have different lifestyles and needs and therefore the yoga practice should also be adapted to each individual. A home practice makes us experience the energy flow of life, with all its challenges, and makes us get to know our body better. You learn to listen to your inner voice. Going to a yoga session in the form of group training can give you the necessary motivation to “exercise” at all or to get started, but also a “sense of belonging”. To practise yoga together with others is an experience that gives a completely different energy and is therefore not wrong. A personally designed yoga program, on the other hand, gives you the tools to have a conscious, sustainable and long-term yoga practice. An own yoga practice is valuable for one’s own development and to listen to the body. Whatever you choose, the most important thing is to be aware and present in what you do, as well as to be consistent and patient.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_column_text]

PT YOGA is a one-on-one yoga class tailored to meet your needs and personal challenges.
Whether you want to focus on mobility or strength, want to develop your technique, go deeper in a specific yoga pose or simply want to recover from birth, I will help you find the right yoga practice that feels good and safe for you. A PT yoga session usually includes yoga positions and breathing exercises. Yoga is a perfect in combination with running, cross-fit, dancing or other fitness training.
I will take the time to show you how to get into and out of every pose correctly and with use of props, such as blocks or belts. I will not force you into a pose you are not ready for, but we will explore your limitations. I will be encouraging and help you understand your individual movement patterns. In addition, I will provide you with tools that you can always use at home “off the mat.”
