PT YOGA  is a one-on-one yoga class tailored to meet your needs and personal challenges.

Before our first yoga session, we will talk on the phone about your expectations and goals (15 min) to develop a program that allows you to reach your full potential! Whether you want to focus on mobility or strength, want to develop your technique, go deeper in a specific yoga pose or simply want to recover from birth, I will help you find the right yoga practice that feels good and safe for you. A PT yoga session usually includes yoga positions and breathing exercises. Yoga is a perfect in combination with running, cross-fit, dancing or other fitness training.
I will take the time to show you how to get into and out of every pose correctly and with use of props, such as blocks or belts. I will not force you into a pose you are not ready for, but we will explore your limitations. I will be encouraging and help you understand your individual movement patterns. In addition, I will provide you with tools that you can always use at home “off the mat.”

1 x 60 min – 750 SEK
5 x 60 min – 3.500 SEK
10 x 60 min – 6.500 SEK

Please note that for individual yoga classes, yoga programs as pdf-file is NOT included, but a 15 min phone consultation prior to our first class.
